Services getting energy
from innovative atmospheres

Enterprise UX is where I feel most at home.
These are not tools for casual use — they are the systems people depend on daily to do critical work. Complex processes, multiple roles, strict contexts: from a nurse in a hospital ward to a technician on a platform 50 meters high. Each depends on information someone else has entered. Each needs confidence that the system will support them, not slow them down.

Services introduction

What gives me energy is stepping into these environments, listening to people in their real context, and helping shape better ways of working. I enjoy exploring the places IT rarely reaches - labs, factories, control rooms - and creating the kind of collaborative workshops where end users, analysts, and developers spark ideas together. That innovative atmosphere is what drives results.

How I can support your project

  • Understanding work as-is — exploring industrial, healthcare, or government environments to map out processes and uncover user needs.
  • Shaping better ways of working — running workshops, analyzing AS-IS/TO-BE flows, and co-creating with users.
  • Prototyping & testing — turning ideas into visual, testable concepts that clarify decisions.
  • Design systems — setting up and maintaining scalable structures that support consistency across applications.
  • Team support — bridging communication between end users, product owners, developers, and stakeholders, keeping progress aligned.
  • Business analysis — when needed, structuring logic and processes so UX has a solid foundation.

My view on AI in UX

I use AI as a helpful assistant — to speed up repetitive work, find research, or challenge design choices. But I see it as support, not delegation. Small steps, not big leaps. The meaningful parts of UX still come from people: asking the right questions, seeing the context, and connecting insights across roles.

In short

I don’t believe in boxing UX into narrow tasks. A UX role is about connecting: between disciplines, between business logic and human workflows, between end users and decision makers. That’s where I can help your project move forward — whether by facilitating workshops, building prototypes, analyzing processes, or putting structure in place for long-term sustainability.
